Exercise

EXERCISE because it improves circulation, exercise helps the blood transport oxygen and nutrients. It also enhances lymphatic circulation. "Unlike the circulation which is pimped by the heart, the lymphatic system requires muscle action to squash the lymphatics tubes and push the fluid along.

Whether you walk, cycle, jog, or attend aerobics or yoga classes doesn't matter, as long as you're up and moving for at least 30 or 45 minutes a day on three to five days a week.
